First to speak of nanoelectronics we must know the basics of nanotechnology?Nanotechnology refers to the process of making nano particles (varying from 1nm to 100nm)and implementing them in day to days life .the history of nanotechnology dates back to ancient era -for example in making steel,paintings and in vulcanizing rubber.To put the scale to exact measurement a nanoparticle is approximately the size of a marble compared to the earth.Now consider an object whose size is reduced to make it as a nanoparticle.when its size is decreased ,the volume of the object reduces in three dimension but the surface area of the object
